We do not collect:

C. Subscription & Payment Information

All payments are processed securely through:

  • Apple App Store

We do not collect or store your payment card information. All subscription purchase data is handled securely by the respective app store.

    Length: 12-month auto-renewable subscription

Additional Information

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the applicable subscription rate.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Provide subscription access
  • Store and maintain journaling entries
  • Send service-related notifications
  • Send push notifications (if enabled)
  • Improve app performance
  • Prevent fraud or misuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

Push notifications can be disabled at any time in your device settings.

3. Data Storage & Security

All user data, including journaling entries, is stored on secure Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers using industry-standard encryption and access controls.

While we implement reasonable security measures, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. By using the app, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

4. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed or stored in the United States or other regions where AWS operates.

We implement appropriate safeguards where required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information:

  • For as long as your account remains active
  • As required by law
  • As necessary for legitimate business purposes

Upon verified account deletion request:

Your personal data and journaling entries will be permanently deleted from our active systems.

We will process deletion requests in accordance with applicable laws.
